well....
its safe to say that i have wedding fever. i feel like all my friends are getting married and i'm not. so i feel a little left out :( where's my prince charming?!?!
anywho.
today, my lovely friend, kylea, got married. the day started out not so good. when i got there, it was starting to sprinkle and she was really upset (the wedding was supposed to be outside)
but then it cleared up, and it was all better. all of us girls got ready and looked pretty.
and then...it started dumping rain again. They decided to move the wedding inside.
kylea got into her veil, and at the point, i started crying. debbie said to me, "you've had a baby. you can get through this!" lol. of course it doesn't compare, but she still looked beautiful.
then it was time to line up and walk out. i was first in line and had never practiced inside, so i wasn't sure how it was going to happen exactly. turns out, my dress decided the wedding needed a little more excitement. so once i got to the end of the aisle, i turned and my dress got caught on knocked over one of the aisle markers! the candle inside of it went out and the little lantern's top broke off. i wasn't sure what to do, so i just kept walking and smiling and someone picked it up. oops.
the ceremony was beautiful and the preacher - long winded. but i cried again when they said their vows when she first walked down the aisle.
it was a lot of fun and i'm so glad that i decided to participate! unfortunately, the day didn't go as well for my mom with the babies. apparently, they were both screaming bloody murder like the whole day. but, everyone survived!!
