today was danielle and virgil's wedding. it was gorgeous and lots of fun! we (meaning my mom) spent all day decorating the cake. it was ridiculous how fast they did it though. mom still wasn't completely happy with it, but i thought the colors went really well with the color scheme of their wedding. but, she's a perfectionist and was kind of sad about the whole thing. i say she's loco, but that's just me. everyone said it was beautiful and super yummy ;)
our vacation is nearing and i'm so excited!!!!!! i feel like a 5 year old counting down the days to disneyland ha ha. but i seriously love the crap out of that place and now that i have a kid, that gives me full reign to re-live being a kid there. woo hoo!!! anyway, i'm pretty stoked, but mostly i'm tired right now. so if i think of something more interesting to say, i'm sure i'll write about it later.
oh yea! so, i wanted to find a cute mickey mouse shirt for jordan to wear to disneyland. instead, i decided to make one for him. (in retrospect, maybe not such a good idea...) my stitching is obviously sub par, but oh well. this is what he'll be wearing to disneyland. ugly or not. **the perks of being a mommy**
